House Rules & Stay Conditions

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all guests, the following rules apply. A valid ID must be presented at check-in, and only registered guests are allowed to stay. Subletting or transferring rooms to third parties is strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and hotel property at all times.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. The possession or use of drugs is strictly forbidden. Open flames (such as candles or incense) and unauthorized cooking equipment are not permitted. Cooking is only allowed using the facilities provided, and the use of frying oil in rooms is strictly prohibited. Misuse of fire safety equipment or triggering the fire alarm due to negligence may result in penalties and additional charges.

Guests must respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00. Disturbances, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted. In case of repeated disturbance, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

Rooms must be used responsibly at all times. Pets are only allowed in designated rooms and must be approved in advance. All additional guests must be registered at reception. Any damage, loss, or missing inventory will be charged to the guest.

Hotel facilities may only be used during official opening hours and according to posted rules. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. The hotel is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

A security deposit is required upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit and charge additional costs in case of damages, missing items, extra cleaning, or violation of house rules.

Children of all ages are welcome. Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and must be confirmed in advance.

Pets are allowed upon prior request and may incur additional charges.

Green Resort Limburg is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee will be applied in case of violation. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
